Trailer Mounted Rental Boilers

With more than 100 boilers in our rental fleet, NBW’s boiler rental systems are designed as completed engineered "flange-to-flange" solutions, saving you time and valuable resources when you need them most. Trailer-mounted rental boilers can be delivered, installed and commissioned quickly anywhere in the world, requiring no cranes or rigging equipment (for smaller rental boilers). For projects that require a higher capacity than that of a single boiler, multiple trailer-mounted boilers can be used in parallel to meet higher steam demands.

NBW Boiler's fleet of package watertube rental boilers offer versatility in terms of steam capacity output, operating pressures, emissions output, and fuel capabilities. While all package watertube boilers include a low NOx, 30 ppm burner, we can also provide a CataStak™ SCR System for single-digit NOx requirements. Plus, for a greenhouse gas friendly option, our rental boilers are capable of firing blended fuels with a hydrogen content of up to 20% without any changes to the system.

NBW Boiler pioneered the mounting of package boilers to customized, highway-legal trailers for mobility, and we now maintain two of the world's largest trailer-mounted boilers.
