Location: Willard, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of (3) 150HP fire-tube Boilers, with all associated burners, duct work, combustion air fans, economizers, controls, stacks, (2) two new feedwater pumps and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all the mechanical work on the project. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Brewster Cheese
Location: Brewster, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of (3) 40,000 PPH water-tube Boilers, with all associated burners, duct work, FD fans, economizers, controls, stacks, (1) one new DA tanks, (3) three new feedwater pumps, RO filtration system, Softener assembly and all associated piping and rigging and new high pressure steam turbine and generator set. NBW self-performed all the mechanical work on the project. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Campbell Soup
Location: Paris, TX
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of a 75,000 PPH water-tube Boiler with burner, duct work, FD fan, economizer, controls, stack, and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all mechanical work on this project. This project utilized the plants existing boiler feedwater system. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Ohio State University OARDC Campus
Location: Wooster, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and field erection of (1) 30,000 PPH water-tube Boiler, LowNOx burner, FD fan, Economizer, stack, control system and instrumentation. We self-performed all the mechanical work on the contract. We field erected this boiler as there was no way to remove the roof and all boiler components had to be fit through a man door entrance. The existing boiler was demolished in place and hauled out through the same manway door. We supplied a rental boiler and handled installation and start-up to carry the university as the construction project took place. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Akron Energy Systems
Location: Akron, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of (3) 150,000 PPH water-tube Boilers, with all associated burners, duct work, FD fans, economizers, controls, stacks, (2) two new DA tanks, (6) six new feedwater pumps, RO filtration system, Softener assembly and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all mechanical work on the project. This project replaced the existing garbage burning boilers that give steam to (3) major hospitals in Akron. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.

Location: Topeka, KS
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of a 80,000 PPH water-tube Boiler with burner, duct work, FD fan, economizer, controls, stack, and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all mechanical work on this project. This project utilized the plants existing boiler feedwater system. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.

Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of a 40,000 PPH water-tube Boiler with burner, duct work, FD fan economizer, controls, stack, RO system, DA skid and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all rigging and mechanical scope of work. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.

Scope of work: Installation of customer supplied 150,000 PPH water-tube Boiler with burner, loose duct work, FD fan, economizer, economizer assembly. Project utilized plants existing DA tank and boiler feedwater system. NBW self-performed all mechanical piping. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Cleveland Thermal/CORIX
Location: Cleveland, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and Installation of (3) 150,000 PPH water-tube boilers, with all associated burners, duct work, FD Fans, economizers, controls, stacks, and all associated piping and rigging. NBW self-performed all mechanical work on the project. All new steam, feedwater, gas and blowdown piping was run throughout the entirety of the facility. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.

Scope of work: Retrofit of new burner, FD fan, wind box and control on existing Nebraska 80,000 PPH boiler. NBW Subcontracted all rigging and mechanical work.
Bunge
Location: Delphos, OH
Scope of work: Procurement and installation of (1) 80,000 PPH water-tube Boiler with associated burner, FD fan, economizer, controls and stacks. Fabricated and installed a completely new boiler room. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.

Location: Decatur, IN
Scope of work: Procurement and installation of (1) 125,000 PPH superheat water-tube Boiler and associated burner, duct work, FD Fan, economizer, stack controls and all associated piping. All Rigging was subcontracted on this project. All mechanical work was self-performed. NBW Self-performed the start-up and commissioning of the new steam plant.
Nestle
Location: Solon, OH
Scope of work: Engineered and procured a new DA tank to replace the existing failing DA tank. We supplied a rental DA trailer to allow the facility to operate the existing (2) two boilers without interruption. NBW self-performed all rigging and mechanical scope of work.
Cargill

Scope of work: NBW was contracted to perform boiler tube cleaning services on their package boiler during one of their outages. The work was performed and the client was left with a boiler that will burn less natural gas to produce the same amount of steam.
Cleveland Cliffs
Location: Warren, OH
Scope of work: Performed a complete retube of a Nebraska package boiler. The retube included the complete replacement of the boiler’s superheater assembly. The boilers tubes were fabricated in house by NBW and the entire project was self performed by NBW.
Bunge
Location: Decatur, AL
Scope of work: Retrofit of new burner, FD fan, wind box and controls on existing Nebraska 80,000 PPH boiler. NBW Self performed all the rigging, mechanical and refractory work on this project as well as provided all the new equipment and components.
Akron Energy Systems
Location: Akron, OH
Scope of work: NBW performed the rigging and setting of (2) exterior #2 fuel oil storage tanks for the new boiler plant. These tanks provide a backup fuel source for the boiler plant that feeds multiple hospitals.
Cleveland Clinic
Location: Cleveland, OH
Scope of work: Performed the rigging and mechanical services to take 2 new burners up to the top floor of a downtown hospital.
Westin Hotel
Location: Cleveland, OH
Scope of work: Performed the rigging and mechanical services to replace (3) three flex – water tube boilers on the 32nd floor of a hotel. The old boilers were removed before the new ones were installed. After the new boilers were set in place, NBW performed all the shop fabrication and field installation of all piping.
GA Wintzer
Location: Wapakoneta, OH
Scope of work: Performed the rigging and mechanical services to install a new 2,200 hp in the expanding rendering plant. NBW performed all the shop fabrication and field installation of all piping.
Cleveland Clinic
Location: Warren, OH
Scope of work: Performed a engineering, fabrication, assembly and installation of a new superheater in a boiler onsite. The boilers tubes were fabricated in house by NBW and the entire project was self-performed by NBW.

Scope of work: Fabricated and installed utility, natural gas, compressed air, well water, soft water, steam, and condensate return piping for their facility addition.
