Safety is our top priority at NBW. It’s ingrained and prioritized at every level of our business, every single day. We establish a basis of safety from a top-down approach. If our executives won't enforce it, no one will. Every employee understands they have a critical role in assuring their own safety, and the safety of their coworkers. No job is worth doing unsafely. Everyone deserves to go home to their families the same way they arrived to work. Best safety practices are designed into every stage of every project, large or small, from pre-construction to demobilization. They are communicated to every employee through extensive training, and are monitored and recorded.
